What does “print on demand” mean?
Every Mazish item is made to order — we print it specifically for you after you order. That means less waste, no leftover stock, and a fresh item every time.
Are your designs original?
Yes. Our graphics are original Mazish designs you won’t find anywhere else.
What garments do you print on?
We print on premium, heavyweight cotton blends chosen for comfort and durability wash after wash.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for the wrong size — so it’s worth measuring first.

Where do you ship?
We ship across Australia.
How long will my order take?
Because each item is made to order, allow production time plus delivery time. Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on orders over $79 AUD. Orders under that have a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking details by email.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment options shown at checkout, including PayPal. You may also see a “Pay in 4” interest-free instalment option through PayPal.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. Please double-check your size, colour, and design before ordering.
What if my item is faulty or wrong?
We’ve got you. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email hello@mazish.com within 30 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund. This is in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within a few business days.
