Because every Mazish piece is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and quality-checked before it ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on its way.
Shipping Times & Rates (Australia)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Orders over $79 AUD: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $79 AUD: flat rate shown at checkout
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Delivery estimates begin after your order is dispatched, not from the order date.
Returns & Replacements
Since each item is printed on demand specifically for you, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. However, we absolutely stand behind our quality:
- Damaged, misprinted, or defective items — contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
- Wrong size ordered? Check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
- Lost in transit — if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
How to Make a Claim
Email hello@mazish.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We’ll respond within 24 hours on business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production starts quickly, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After that, your item is already being made.
