Welcome to Mazish. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mazish.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
Mazish is an Australian print-on-demand clothing brand operated by a sole trader (ABN 90 673 860 414). All products are made to order and printed specifically for you. You can contact us any time at hello@mazish.com.
2. Products and made-to-order model
Every item sold on the Site is produced on demand after you place your order. Because each item is custom-made for you, we do not hold pre-made stock. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in colour, placement, or print may occur between the on-screen image and the finished garment due to differences in screens, printing processes, and fabric batches. These minor variations are a normal part of print-on-demand production and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout (including PayPal). Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.
4. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order (and issue a full refund) if the product is unavailable, there was a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship across Australia. Because items are made to order, please allow production time in addition to delivery time. Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout or on our shipping information. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling.
6. Sizing
Please review our size chart before ordering. As each item is custom-printed to order, orders cannot be changed or returned simply because the wrong size was selected. Choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.
7. Returns and refunds
Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. In short: because products are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, but we will always honour your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, logos, text, and content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Mazish and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our designs or content without written permission.
9. Your conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to submit false information when ordering.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mazish is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Australia.
