Welcome to MAZISH. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (mazish.com) and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Made-to-Order
All MAZISH products are made to order. Your item is printed after you place your order. Product images on our website are mockups and may vary slightly from the final printed product (including minor differences in print placement and colour due to screen settings and the printing process).
3. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
- By placing an order, you confirm the details you provide (including your shipping address) are accurate.
4. Shipping
Please see our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates and rates. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please see our Return & Refund Policy. Because items are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns; however, damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with that policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, text and content on this website are the property of MAZISH (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our designs or content without our written permission.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance or security.
9. Accuracy of Information
We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate and up to date, but errors may occur. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm or cancel with a full refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAZISH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in this clause excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
